Important Allergen Notice
Our kitchen handles ingredients including, but not limited to: cereals containing gluten, eggs, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, milk, sesame, soybeans, celery, mustard, peanuts, tree nuts, lupin, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.
Food businesses in the UK are required to provide information when any of the 14 regulated allergens are used as ingredients. The 14 regulated allergens are: celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide/sulphites, and tree nuts.
Although we take care during preparation, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contamination.
Cross-Contamination Statement
All Tsuke products are prepared in a kitchen where multiple allergens may be present. Though we take great care to prevent cross contamination, shared preparation areas, equipment, utensils, storage areas, cooking surfaces and packaging areas may be used. Because of this, traces of allergens may be present even where an allergen is not listed as an intentional ingredient.

The Tonkotsu Gyokai Kit and Extra Pork Chashu contain pork.
Chicken
The Tori Miso Kit and Extra Chicken Chashu contain chicken.
Fish / Seafood
The Tonkotsu Gyokai Kit contains fish. Products may be prepared in a kitchen that handles fish, crustaceans and molluscs.
Vegetarian / Vegan
Our current tsukemen kits are not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
Halal
Our Tori Miso Kit is made with chicken. However, customers should contact us before ordering if they require halal suitability confirmation, as other ingredients, preparation areas, sauces, broths and cross-contamination risk must be checked before we can advise.
